I work closely with executive leadership and HR teams to develop global HR strategies and workforce plans, including workforce forecasting, succession planning, and advisory on emerging people risks and opportunities. My approach balances strategic insight with practical execution.

I provide hands-on support in talent acquisition and global mobility, ensuring international recruitment, onboarding, expatriate assignments, and immigration processes are managed efficiently and in compliance with local labor laws.

Employee relations and compliance are central to sustainable organizations. I support institutions in navigating international labor laws, employment standards, grievances, disciplinary processes, and investigations, while engaging constructively with staff associations and representative bodies where applicable.

I also design and implement DEIB strategies that respect cultural contexts and align with international best practice, alongside HR governance, policy harmonization, risk management, HR systems advisory, and GDPR-aligned data protection.
